Extended Cookie Policy
COOKIE INFORMATION NOTICE pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
The rules governing the use of so-called “cookies” and other similar tools (web beacons/web bugs, clear GIFs, etc.) on terminals (personal computers, notebooks, tablet PCs, smartphones, etc.) used by users have recently been amended following the implementation of Directive 2009/136, which amended the e-Privacy Directive (2002/58/EC), and the provision “Simplified Arrangements to Provide Information and Obtain Consent Regarding Cookies – May 8, 2014”
What are cookies?
Cookies are pieces of information stored on your browser when you visit a website or use a social network with your PC, smartphone, or tablet. Each cookie contains various data, such as the name of the server from which it originates, a numerical identifier, etc. Cookies can remain in the system for the duration of a session (i.e., until the browser used for web browsing is closed) or for extended periods and may contain a unique identifier.
What are cookies used for?
Some cookies are used to perform computer authentication, monitor sessions, and store specific information about users who access a web page. These so-called technical cookies are often useful because they can speed up web browsing and use. For example, they facilitate certain procedures when you shop online, log in to restricted areas, or when a website
automatically recognizes your usual language. A particular type of cookie, called analytics, is used by website managers to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site, and therefore compile general statistics on the service and its use. Other cookies can be used to monitor and profile users while browsing, studying their movements and web browsing or consumption habits (what they buy, what they read, etc.), including for the purpose of sending targeted and personalized advertising (so-called behavioral advertising). These are called profiling cookies. This happens because these web spaces are designed to recognize your PC or other device you use to connect to the web (smartphone, tablet), and possibly send you “profiled” promotional messages based on your searches and internet usage. A web page may also contain cookies from other sites and contained in various elements hosted on the page itself, such as advertising banners, images, videos, etc. These are called third-party cookies, which are usually used for profiling purposes. Thus, the cookies you download to your PC, smartphone, and tablet can also be read by parties other than those managing the web pages you visit.
Cookies on this website
With this background, pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 679/2016, we inform you that this website uses technical cookies and third-party cookies. Specifically, technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service.” They are not used for other purposes and are typically installed directly by the website owner or operator. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure normal navigation and use of the website (for example, allowing you to make a purchase or authenticate yourself to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, which are assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the website operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the website; Functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate based on a series of selected criteria in order to improve the service provided.
The installation of these cookies does not require the prior consent of users, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to the aforementioned Article 13 remains in effect. If the site operator only uses such cookies, it may provide this information in the manner it deems most appropriate. While browsing this site, the user may also receive cookies from other sites or web servers (so-called “third-party” cookies) on their terminal. This occurs because the site may contain elements such as images, maps, and specific links to web pages on other domains hosted on servers other than this one.
the one on which the requested page is located. In other words, these cookies are set directly by managers of websites or servers other than the Site. These third parties could theoretically set cookies while you visit the Site and thus obtain information relating to the fact that you have visited this website. Excluding technical cookies, the general rule for “The storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or user or the access to information already stored” remains that of the prior and informed consent of the user (opt-in). This means that all cookies that cannot be classified as “technical” and which present greater critical issues from the point of view of the protection of the privacy of users, such as, for example, those of “third parties”, those used for profiling and marketing purposes, cannot be installed on the users’ terminals unless they have first been adequately informed and have given valid consent. We inform you that the processing will be based on the following principles: (1) The user’s personal information will be processed correctly and lawfully; (2) your Personal Information will be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and will be further processed in a manner compatible with those purposes; (3) your Personal Information collected will be relevant, complete, and proportionate to the purposes for which it is collected; (4) your Personal Information collected will be accurate and, where necessary, updated to the best of our ability; (5) your Personal Information will be protected from unauthorized access and processing through commercially and technically reasonable technical and organizational security measures and controls; and (6) your Personal Information collected will be retained as personal data for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the Personal Information was collected.

Data Subject Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to request the Data Controller to exercise the following rights: RIGHT OF ACCESS. You may request confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, access to that data and specific information about the processing, such as the purposes, the categories of data being processed, the recipients or categories of recipients, the retention periods (or the criteria underlying such retention), the right to request rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and information about the source of the data (if the data was not collected directly from you); the existence of an automated decision-making process regarding your data; and the safeguards adopted in the transfer of data to third countries (where applicable). You may also request a copy of your data. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION You have the right to request and obtain rectification of your personal data and/or the completion of incomplete personal data. RIGHT TO ERASURE You may obtain the erasure of your data without undue delay if (i) such data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
(ii) you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing was based (unless there is no other legal basis for such processing), (iii) you object to the processing of your data (as indicated below) and there are no other overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or if you object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes or for profiling for marketing purposes, (iv) your data is being processed unlawfully, (v) your data must be erased due to a legal obligation, or (vi) personal data of a child under 16 has been collected in relation to the provision of information society services. We invite you to consider that this right does not apply if the processing of data is necessary, among other things: for the exercise of the right to freedom of information; for the fulfillment of compliance with a legal obligation; for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. RIGHT TO LIMITATION You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing in the event of: the accuracy of your personal data being contested within the period necessary for the data controller (Company) to verify the accuracy of such data; unlawful processing and you request the restriction of use instead of its deletion; you need the data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; you object to the processing, as indicated below, pending verification of the overriding legitimate grounds of the data controller. You also have the right to obtain the direct transmission of data from one data controller to another, where technically feasible. This does not affect the right to obtain the erasure of your data, as indicated above. RIGHT TO OBJECT: You have the right to object at any time to processing based on the legitimate interests of the data controller, unless the data controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that
override the interests, rights, and fundamental freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. The above rights may be exercised by submitting an informal request to the Data Controller. You may exercise your rights by addressing your requests to Play Mart Co S.r.l., with registered office at Via Montecuccoli, 36 – 20147 Milan, and operational headquarters at Via Dei Partigiani, 31 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI). In any case, in addition to the protections provided, you also have other options for browsing without cookies.
Block third-party cookies. Third-party cookies are generally not essential for browsing, so you can reject them by default using the appropriate settings in your browser. Enable the Do Not Track option. The Do Not Track option is available in most latest-generation browsers. Websites designed to respect this option, when enabled, should automatically stop collecting some of your browsing data. As mentioned, however, not all websites are set to honor this option (which is discretionary). Enable “private browsing” mode. This feature allows you to browse without leaving any traces of your browsing data in your browser. Websites won’t remember you, the pages you visit won’t be saved in your history, and new cookies will be deleted. However, the private browsing feature doesn’t guarantee anonymity on the Internet, as it only prevents browsing data from being stored in the browser; however, your browsing data will remain available to website operators and internet service providers. Delete cookies directly
There are specific functions for this in all browsers. However, remember that new cookies are downloaded every time you connect to the Internet, so deleting them should be done periodically. Some browsers offer automated systems for periodically deleting cookies.
